Orphan nabbed for robbing policemen. TRUE OR FALSE

Towobola, who is at present under investigation at the State Criminal Investigation Department in Eleweeran, Abeokuta, Ogun State, was said to have attacked two policemen-Corporal Ibinum Martins and Corporal Omoruyi Efe-and dispossessed them of an unspecified sum of money, alongside other suspected criminals that are still on the run, at some point on the Obantoko-Eleweran Road on Feb 4, 2012. This story might be true, but Torturing the poor orphan isn't the way out, Also torture should be stopped in obtaining admission of guilt. I see torture as an incompetency on the part of police that is why they use such technique. If the accused had died in the process he would have been added to the number of police killing in 2012.
